COCONUT HALWA FRIED IN DOSA BATTER

Preparation Method :
- Melt jaggery in a 100 ml of hot water and strain to remove scum Grate coconut.
- Powder cardamom.
- Mix grated coconut with strained jaggery and stir consistently in medium high fire. Do not lose the momentum of stirring. It is done faster.
- When it is of a real sticky consistency (you can feel with your hand), add cardamom, and ghee and mix well. Remove from fire.
- Make into small round balls.
- Dip these balls into the idly batter and deep fry in oil and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 800 grams of idly batter
- 300 grams of Jaggery
- 800 grams of Coconut
- 2 teaspoon Ghee
- 2 tablespoon Cardamom
- Cooking oil for frying
