Preparation Method :
- Soak the figs (anjeer) in milk for about 1 - 2 hours and then grind to a paste.
- Heat the ghee in a heavy bottomed pan. Add the condensed milk, and fig paste and stir continuously for about 15 - 20 minutes or until it leaves the sides of the pan.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped cashewnuts.

- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 2 tablespoons cashewnuts
- 500 ml milk
- 250 ml condensed milk
- 250 grams figs
