Preparation Method :
- Roast the semolina with 1 tablespoon ghee till it gives an aroma.
- Blend the watermelon pulp, salt, jaggery and coconut in a blender.
- Boil the watermelon pulp in a heavy bottomed pan. Simmer to low flame, add the semolina and stir constantly so that no lumps form. Mix in another tablespoon of ghee.
- Stir well till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
- Put in a greased oven-proof dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350oF for about 20 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams semolina (rawa)
- 50 grams ghee
- 500 ml Watermelon pulp
- 35 grams grated coconut
- A pinch of salt
- 150 grams grated jaggery
