Preparation Method :
- Heat the ghee in a heavy bottomed pan and add pitted dates in it.
- Cook it for 5-6 minutes, add Almonds and Cashews.
- Now cool it to room temperature.
- Roll it into rectangle shape on a Plastic Sheet.
- Now take milk powder in a bowl, add desiccated coconut, icing sugar and add Milk as required. Knead it to form a dough.
- Roll out another rectangular shape from this milk powder dough on a Plastic Sheet.
- Carefully place this Milk Powder Rectangle on top of the Dates Rectangle.
- Now wrap to make a tight roll from it with the help of plastic sheet.
- Keep this roll in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Cut it in to slices, sprinkle some sesame seeds on it and serve.

- 400 grams Pitted Dates
- 2 tablespoon Ghee/Clarified Butter
- 150 grams Milk powder
- 2 tablespoon coarsely ground Almonds
- 2 tablespoon coarsely ground Cashews
- 50 grams Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tablespoon Icing Sugar
- 1-2 tablespoon Milk
- 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
