Preparation Method :
- Grease a flat tray or a baking sheet.
- Combine the sugar with the almonds in a heavy based saucepan and place over a low heat until the sugar gets caramelized.
- Then increase the heat a little and let the caramel get a rich brown colour.
- Pour the caramel immediately over the prepared tray and shake it so that it spreads and then leave to cool and harden.
- Remove praline and place it between greaseproof paper and bang with a rolling pin until it has turned into fine bits.

- 150 grams sugar
- 150 grams almond
