Preparation Method :
- Melt the sugar in a heavy-bottomed pan.
- As soon as the sugar melts to a one-string consistency add the peanuts, mix quickly and pour on to the buttered plate.
- Roll out flat with a buttered rolling pin. Do this quickly before the mixture cools.
- Cut into squares while still hot. Allow to cool and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams sugar
- 50 grams ghee
- 150 grams peanuts, partly broken and roasted
