Preparation Method :
- Grease a plate evenly with 2 tablespoon of ghee. Set aside.
- Heat 1 cup ghee, add the Bengal gram flour. Stir well and set aside.
- Heat the sugar by adding just water to cover the sugar and make a syrup of one- string consistency. Strain the syrup to remove the scum.
- Add the Bengal gram flour and ghee mixture to the sugar syrup. Keep stirring on low heat and remove lumps.
- Heat 1 cup ghee and set aside. Gradually add the ghee. Keep stirring till the ghee separates and floats on top.
- When the mixture froths up, pour quickly on to the greased plate. Shake the plate gently to spread the Mysore pak.
- When it has cooled a little, cut into pieces.
- Store in an airtight container.

- 450 grams ghee
- 150 grams Bengal gram flour
- 300 grams sugar
