Preparation Method :
- Dry roast the flour on medium heat for 8 minutes till slightly brown.
- Add the ghee and mix well, so that no lumps form. Remove from heat. Cool slightly.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Add coconut, almond, raisins, puffed lotus seeds, chironji and mix well.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams whole wheat flour
- 50 grams melted ghee
- 50 grams powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoon dried grated coconut
- 2 tablespoon almonds- chopped finely
- 2 tablespoon raisins
- 1 tablespoon chironji
- 6 puffed lotus seeds-roasted in 1 teaspoon of ghee and crushed lightly
