SPINACH CHUTNEY

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, adding only as much water as necessary to enable the blades to move.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl, cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams tender fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • ½ small red onion, roughly chopped
  • ½ small garlic clove, chopped
  • ½ green chilli, chopped
  • 1½ teaspoon granulated sugar
  • ½ tablespoon tamarind juice
