Preparation Method :
- Dry roast the sesame seeds in a pan and keep aside.
- Grind red chillies, garlic, tamarind, Salt and coconut scrapings together in a mixie.
- Finally grind the fried sesame seeds.
- Add enough water and mix well.
- Sesame seed chutney is a good combination for idlies and dhosas.

- 15 tablespoon coconut
- 8 red chillies
- 1 gooseberry sized tamarind
- 1 garlic
- 50 grams sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
