- Soak The dhal in water. Drain and Cook Well with turmeric powder.
- Add Salt and mix well.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, urad dal, garlic, curry leaves and red chillies.
- Transfer the above to the dhal and serve.
