- Soak poha in 1½ teaspoon soy sauce and required amount of water for half an hour. Strain and keep aside.
 - Heat 2 teaspoon oil. Saute garlic for a minute.
 - Add capsicum, cabbage, carrots, spinach and spring onions one at a time and stir-fry with ½ teaspoon soy sauce, salt and sugar on a high flame for 2 minutes each.
 - Stir in the poha.
 - Add chilly flakes and pepper.
 - Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams poha
 - 3 tablespoons cabbage, finely chopped
 - 3 tablespoons carrot, finely chopped
 - 4 tablespoons spring onions, finely chopped along with the green stem
 - 3 tablespoons spinach, finely chopped
 - 3 tablespoons capsicum - all colours, finely chopped
 - 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
 - 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
 - ½ teaspoon pepper
 - Salt to taste
 - 1 teaspoon sugar
 - 2 teaspoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
