Preparation Method :
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with half a cup of water to a thick batter.
- Place oil in a deep frying pan or skillet over medium heat. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the oil and fry, till golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels. Repeat till all the batter is used.
- Serve hot with sauce.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams gram flour
- 75 grams finely chopped onions
- 75 grams chopped green bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 75 grams rice flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- 25 grams chopped coriander leaves
- 100 grams roasted cashew nut halves
- Cooking Oil for frying
