Preparation Method :
- Rub the marinade over the fish and place in a covered dish and marinate for at least half an hour.
- Add oil to a non-stick skillet. Pan-fry the fish, turning frequently, till it is golden brown and crisp. Fry them in several batches.
- Drain the fish and place on the paper- lined platter. Transfer to a serving dish and serve warm.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 Grams pomfret or other fish fillets, washed, drained and pat dried with paper towels
- 75 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
Marinade:
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- Red chili powder, to taste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt, to taste
