Preparation Method :
- Boil the water, salt, and oil in a covered vessel. Lower heat and slowly add the rice flour; mix continuously so that the mixture is lump-free.
- Remove the vessel from heat. Knead the mixture with pressure. Put some dough into a vermicelli press and press onto a muslin cloth.
- Steam for 3 minutes in a steamer or till cooked.
- Repeat till all the dough is used up.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams Rice flour
- Salt to taste
- 1½ tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
