- Fry the cashew nuts with half of the melted butter in a skillet, till golden brown. Remove cashew nuts from skillet and set aside. Reserve the butter in the skillet.
 - Reheat the pan with the butter and add the semolina, cook for a few minutes, stirring continuously.
 - Pour in 1 cup of warm water and the milk. Stir gently and often.
 - Add the remaining ingredients except the fried cashew nuts and 2 tablespoon of butter. Stir to blend well and cook over medium heat.
 - Mix in 2 tablespoon butter and stir till the semolina is cooked.
 - Add the fried cashew nuts. Mix and transfer to a bowl. Serve hot.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 100 grams fine semolina
 - 200 ml milk
 - 190 grams sugar
 - 10-12 seedless golden raisins
 - ½ teaspoon powdered green cardamom
 - 50 grams butter
 - 30 grams raw cashew nuts, fried
 - A pinch of saffron strands
 - A pinch of crystalline camphor
