Preparation Method :
- Cook the rice with 3 cups of water, till soft and mushy.
 - Add sugar, cardamom, ghee and coconut to the rice and mix well.
 - Serve at room temperature.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 120 grams Burma black rice (kavanarisi), rinsed, soaked and drained
 - 150 grams sugar
 - ½ teaspoon powdered green cardamom
 - 2 teaspoon ghee
 - 50 grams ground fresh coconut
