- Heat a little oil in a non-stick saucepan. Add in the mustard seeds and curry leaves. Sauté it for about 20-30 seconds.
- Remove from heat and pour it in the buttermilk. Stir well to combine and pour into a glass. Allow to cool and serve chilled.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 ml low-fat yogurt, whisked
- 200 ml cold water
- ¼ teaspoon Cooking oil
- ½ teaspoon brown mustard seeds
- Few fresh curry leaves, shredded
- Salt, to taste
