- Place the yogurt in a jug or pitcher , whisk until frothy and add the sugar.
- Pour in the water and the pureed fruit, and continue to whisk for 2 minutes.
- Pour the lassi into serving glasses and serve chilled, decorated with crushed pistachio nuts.
INGREDIENTS
- 350 ml natural (plain) low fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar, or to taste
- 300 ml water
- 2 tablespoon pureed fruit, optional
- 1 tablespoon crushed pistachio nuts, to decorate
