Preparation Method :
- Combine all ingredients in a blender along with sufficient water and blend until yogurt becomes smooth and frothy.
- Transfer it to serving glass.
- Add ice cubes in it and serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 600 ml plain Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2-inch piece ginger, finely grated
- 10-12 fresh mint leaves
- 1 small sprig curry leaves
- Salt to taste
