LEMONY YOGHURT DRINK

- Cut 3 lemons into thick slices and immerse in iced water for 30 minutes.
- Grate the rind of the remaining lemons, and extract their juice.
- Combine yoghurt with sugar, salt, lime juice and rind in a blender and blend it until smooth and frothy.
- Add the lime-steeped cold water to the blended mixture and blend again.
- Transfer to tall glasses and add crushed ice.
- Serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 Gandharaj lemons
- 500 ml plain yoghurt
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- Salt to taste
- Sufficient amount of Crushed ice
