TEA AND FRUIT PUNCH

Preparation Method :
- Boil the water with cloves and cinnamon sticks in a pan . Remove from the heat and add the tea leaves.
- Leave to brew for about 5 minutes.
- Stir and strain into a large bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Add the sugar and the soft drink concentrate and allow to rest until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture cooled.
- Place the fruit and cucumber in a chilled punch bowl and pour over the tea mix. Chill for a further 24 hours before serving.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 ml water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 cloves
- 2½ teaspoon Earl Grey tea leaves
- 150 grams granulated sugar
- 400 ml tropical soft drink concentrate
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 small orange, sliced
- ½ cucumber, sliced
