MASALA MILK

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat milk in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, and bring to a rapid boil. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Combine the cashews, almonds, pistachios, cardamom powder, saffron and sugar and grind to a fine powder.
  • Add the powder into the hot milk and blend the mixture in a blender till frothy.
  • Add cream and blend once more.
  • Garnish with chopped nuts and Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 liter milk
  • 3 tablespoons cashew nuts
  • 3 tablespoons almonds
  • 3 tablespoons pistachios
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • A few saffron strands
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cream

To Garnish:

  • 3 cashew nuts, sliced
  • 3 pistachios, sliced
  • 3 almonds, sliced
