BADAM MILK

Preparation Time :

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Boil milk till it reaches half the quantity.
  • Blanch and peel almonds and pistachios.
  • Grind 20 almonds and 20 pistachios into a paste.
  • Soak the saffron strand for 10 minute in warm milk.
  • Now add the almond- pistachio paste and soaked saffron to the milk and heat it at low flame for 2 minute.
  • Stir well.Cut the remaining almond and pistachios in lengthwise for garnishing.
  • Pour it in a cup and garnish it with almond and pistachio.
  • Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 liter milk
  • 30 almonds
  • 30 pistachios
  • Few saffron strands
  • 8 tablespoon sugar
