Preparation Method :
- Coffee syrup :
- Boil water in a pan add 2 tablespoon sugar and coffee powder.
- Simmer and boil for 5 minutes. Strain and cool it.
- Caramelised orange juice:
- Heat a pan add 2 tablespoon sugar and caramelize it.
- Add orange juice, lemon juice and mix it properly.
- Add lemon rind and boil it for 2 minutes.
- Transfer it in to a bowl.
- Orange-Coffee Delight :
- Take a glass. Add some ice cubes.
- Now arrange lemon slice at sides of glass.
- Add 2 teaspoon of coffee syrup. Now add caramelised orange juice.
- Add soda, ice-cream & sprinkle coffee syrup on ice-cream.
- Garnish with mentha leaves & lemon slice.

- 2 Lemon leaves
- 1 teaspoon Coffee powder
- 100 ml Water
- 100 ml Soda water
- 1 scoop Vanilla ice- cream
- 5 Ice cubes
- Few Mentha leaves & lemon slices for garnishing
