Preparation Method :
- Tzatziki Combine the yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Add the cucumber and mint and season with salt. Cover with plastic wrap (cling film) and chill.
- Lamb Combine the oil, lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, garlic, and cumin in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add the lamb and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat a grill pan or barbecue on high. Drain the lamb, reserving the marinade. Thread the lamb onto metal skewers.
- Cook, basting frequently with the marinade, until cooked, about 5 minutes each side. Serve hot with pita bread, salad, and tzatziki.

- 1 kg lamb leg, boned, cut into cubes
- Mixed salad and pita bread, to serve
