GREEK VEGETABLE SALAD

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, pepper, olives and feta cheese in a salad bowl.
  • Whisk together the olive oil and white vinegar. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
  • Sprinkle with oregano and salt and toss the salad to combine all the flavours together
  • Serve with homemade bread fresh out of the oven.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tomatoes cut into thick wedges
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1 onion finely sliced into rings
  • 1 green pepper finely sliced
  • 150 grams feta cheese
  • 100 grams Greek olives
  • 100 ml Cooking oil
  • 4 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried Greek oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
