Preparation Method :
- Combine rice and water and bring it boil.
- Simmer for 15 minutes until the liquid is absorbed by rice.
- Gently stir in the milk and simmer for another 30 minutes (stirring occasionally).
- Now add the corn flour paste and cook until the mixture thickens.
- Finally add the sugar and vanilla extract. Stir it well and remove from the heat.
- Pour it in the serving bowl and garnish with lemon rind.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and serve it immediately.

- 250 ml Water
- 1 litre Milk
- 1 tablespoon Flour (dissolved with 2 tablespoon water)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
