GERMAN SPATZLE

Preparation Method :

  • Take the flour in a bowl and make a well at the centre.
  • Fill the well with egg and mix it well with the help of a fork.
  • Knead this mixture into dough.
  • Remove 1 cm of dough and roll it between the palm for a smooth texture.
  • Cook this dough portion in boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot with white sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 gram plain flour
  • 1 egg
