GLAZED SPARE RIBS

Preparation Time :
4 hours 20 minutes

Cooking Time :
50 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place all the ingredients except pork in a large bowl and mix it well to prepare the sauce.
  • Add the spare ribs and mix well.
  • Cover and put it in the refrigerator 4 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
  • Fill water into a large baking tin up to 1cm and place a wire rack over the top.
  • Put the ribs on the wire rack then bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until the ribs are cooked through.
  • Serve it hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 gram pork spare ribs
  • 1 table spoon hoisin sauce
  • ½ table spoon honey
  • 1 table spoon Sesame oil
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 1 tea spoon freshly grated ginger
  • 100 ml plum sauce
  • ½ table spoon cider vinegar
  • 1 table spoon soy sauce
