ZESTY TAPENADE

Preparation Method :

  • Process all the ingredients except the olive oil using the pulse mode until a paste just begins to form.
  • While pulsing, add oil in a and process until all ingredients are blended.
  • Chill for a few hours before serving.
  • Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams black olives (pitted)
  • ½ teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 2 tablespoons capers (drained)
  • Clove of garlic (crushed)
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 3 tablespoons Cooking oil
