CEPS WITH HAM AND VEGETABLES (CEPES A LA SAVOYARDE)

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Dry the Ceps in oven to remove the moisture.
  • Stew it with oil (slow cooking to bring out their flavour).
  • In a pan, fry the ham, onions, garlic and parsley in the butter.
  • Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes .
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and place on a hot platter.
  • Garnish with breadcrumbs and then serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams of fresh Ceps
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 1 slice of raw ham
  • 2 large onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove of garlic (chopped)
  • 1 small handful of parsley (finely chopped)
  • 50 grams butter
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • Breadcrumbs for garnishing
