Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil and add the onions.
- Cook the onions on medium heat until the onions changes colour.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for one minute.
- Add the flour and cook for another minute.
- Now add the beef stock and wine and simmer for another 30 minutes.
- Pour the soup in the soup bowl.
- Serve with French loaf and garnish with cheese.

- 1 kg yellow onions (peeled and sliced into rings)
- 3 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 quarts of beef stock
- 100 ml of white wine
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- Loaf of French bread (cubed and toasted)
- 100 grams of grated Swiss cheese
