PROVENCAL ROSEMARY ALMONDS

Serves :

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Melt butter and mix seasoning into the butter and then toss in almonds.
  • Bake seasoned nuts for about 10-15 minutes in a pre heated oven at 180 degree celcius.
  • Stir the contents once and bake it until the alomonds are toasted.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Serve warm.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary (dried and crushed)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 400 grams raw almonds
