- Cook oysters in their liquid in saucepan over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes,until oyster edges begin to curl.
- Boil the milk and margarine together in a separate saucepan .
- Add the salt and pepper.
- Mix with the oysters and their liquid.
- Pour stew in a large serving soup bowl garnish with parsley and serve.

- 1 litre milk
- 4 table spoon margarine (cut into pieces)
- ½ teaspoon ground white pepper (fresh)
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)
