OYSTER STEW

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cook oysters in their liquid in saucepan over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes,until oyster edges begin to curl.
  • Boil the milk and margarine together in a separate saucepan .
  • Add the salt and pepper.
  • Mix with the oysters and their liquid.
  • Pour stew in a large serving soup bowl garnish with parsley and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 gram oyster (shucked, liquid)
  • 1 litre milk
  • 4 table spoon margarine (cut into pieces)
  • ½ teaspoon ground white pepper (fresh)
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)
