CRISP POTATO SLICES WITH CAVIAR

Serves :

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Toss the potato slices with the oil.
  • Place the potato slices on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until the potato slices are crisp in a pre-heated oven.
  • Take out the potatoes from the oven and allow it to cool.
  • Combine the goat cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Using a pastry bag, pipe small rosettes of the goat cheese mixture onto the potato slices.
  • Sprinkle with a few red pepper brunoise.
  • Place some caviar on top of the goat cheese rosette and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 240 grams soft goat cheese
  • 60 grams of sour cream
  • 120 grams red pepper brunoise
  • 2 table spoon Caviar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
