SALAD LYONNAISE

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients of Shallot vinaigrette to prepare the dressing and keep it aside.
  • Arrange torn frisee, crumbled bacon, croutons, and a poached egg on chilled salad plate .
  • Top this salad with shallot vinaigrette and serve.
  • Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 gram frisee lettuce (torn into small pieces)
  • 4 strips bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 10 grams croutons
  • 2 poached egg
  • Shallot vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 50 ml Cooking oil
  • 1 shallot (finely chopped)
