GREEN SALAD (SALADE VERTE A LA VINAIGRETTE)

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Rinse and cut into small pieces of all the greens.
  • Mix the vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard, and garlic.
  • Slowly add the olive oil and mix it well.
  • Add the greens and toss well until they are smeared with the dressing.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the salad immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 800 gram mixed salad greens (escarole, oak-leaf, and romaine)
  • 8 teaspoons sherry vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 clove garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 120 ml Cooking oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper as per taste
