FRICADELLES WITH MUSTARD

Preparation Time :

15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Add the diced onion to the mince. Press out the rolls well and spice with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Make fricadelles out of the mixture and cook these on the grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side. Serve with mustard.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams beef shoulder, cleaned, rinsed and minced
  • 150 grams veal shoulder, cleaned, rinsed and minced
  • 150 grams fine sausage meat, cleaned, rinsed and minced
  • 150 grams pork shoulder, cleaned, rinsed and minced
  • 1 onion, peeled and diced
  • 2 old baked, softened rolls
  • Pinch of grated Nutmeg
  • Mustard, per serve
  • Pepper and Salt, to taste
