GRATIN DE FRUITS ROUGES (BERRIES GRATIN)

Preparation Method :

  • Arrange the fruits on a oven proof dish.
  • Mix the egg yolks with the sugar in a bowl until mixture becomes clear and frothy.
  • Add the sour cream and mix.
  • Pour the mixture evenly on the fruits, and then add the granulated sugar on top.
  • Keep under the grill mode in a pre heated oven.
  • Grill it until it turns brown (approximately for 10 minutes).
  • Allow it to cool and then serve it.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams Morello cherries
  • 150 gram raspberries
  • 35 grams sugar
  • 2 table spoon sour cream
  • 1 egg yolks
  • 20 gram granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
