CHOCOLATE FONDANT

Serves :

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Pre heat the oven to 215 degree Celsius.
  • Melt chocolate in a double boiler and add butter in it.
  • Then remove it from heat and allow it to cool.
  • Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl until the mixture changes to light yellow in color.
  • Now add flour in it and mix it properly.
  • Now add the melted chocolate in it.
  • Take moulds or flex pan and fill them halfway with the above mixture.
  • Place a chocolate square on the top of each cake and then pour the chocolate batter in each mold.
  • Place the moulds in oven and bake them for about 15 minutes.
  • Remove the moulds from oven and keep them aside for about 15 minutes and then unmould.
  • Serve it hot or cold.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams Dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 grams flour
  • 80 grams castor sugar
  • 110 grams butter
