FRIED CHICKEN WONTONS

Preparation Method :
- Make a tight dough using flour, cornflour, egg & water. Keep in a cool place covered with a wet cloth for 30 minutes.
- Mix all ingredients of the stuffing together.
- Take out the dough & roll out flat as then as possible. Cut square sheets.
- Put a little stuffing on the middle & seal the sides using egg. Give it a boat shape or a bag shape with the stuffing in the centre.
- Deep fry in hot oil fill golden brown. Drain.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.
INGREDIENTS
Stuffing
- 100 grams cooked chicken mince
- 1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon aji-no-moto
- 2 egg whites - beaten
Wonton Sheets
- 200 grams flour
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 2 eggs water - for dough
- IDHAYAM Sesame Oil - for frying
