MINCE MEAT BALLS

Preparation Method :
- Thoroughly mix all ingredients listed in the ingredients for the balls.
- Shape this mixture into small balls.
- Dip in lightly beaten eggs and roll in cornflour to coat. Shake off excess.
- Heat oil in a wok and fry the meat balls until golden brown all over.
- Serve hot along with chilli sauce.
INGREDIENTS
- 350 grams ground or finely chopped pork or lamb
- 1 spring onion - finely chopped
- 2 thin slices gingers - finely chopped
- 2 flakes garlics - crushed and chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons soya sauce
- 10 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice wine
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon ajinomoto
- 75 grams cornflour
- 75 grams flour
- 2 green chillies - finely chopped
Coating
- 2 eggs - lightly beaten
- 100 grams cornflour
- IDHAYAM sesame oil for frying
