Preparation Method :
- Mix all the above ingredients of the filling together.
- Divide the filling into 6 portions. Place filling on one side of the square piece of butter paper. Roll upwards to get a long roll. Push the sides of the paper to seal the filling.
- Deep fry with the paper to brown before serving. Arrange in a flat serving dish along with the paper and garnish with shredded lettuce leaves.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams shredded raw chicken
- 2 - 3 flakes of garlic - crushed
- ¼ teaspoon crushed ginger
- ¼ teaspoon each of salt, pepper, sugar, ajionomoto
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sherry or gin
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 egg
