PAPER FRIED CHICKEN

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the above ingredients of the filling together.
  • Divide the filling into 6 portions. Place filling on one side of the square piece of butter paper. Roll upwards to get a long roll. Push the sides of the paper to seal the filling.
  • Deep fry with the paper to brown before serving. Arrange in a flat serving dish along with the paper and garnish with shredded lettuce leaves.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams shredded raw chicken
  • 2 - 3 flakes of garlic - crushed
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon each of salt, pepper, sugar, ajionomoto
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sherry or gin
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 egg
