HONEY-FRIED CHINESE LEAVES

Preparation Method :
- Separate the Chinese leaves (cabbage) and shred them finely, using a sharp knife.
- Heat the peanut oil in a preheated wok. Add the ginger, garlic and chili to the wok and stir-fry the mixture for about 30 seconds.
- Add the Chinese leaves (cabbage), Chinese rice wine or sherry, soy sauce, honey and orange juice to the wok. Reduce the heat and leave to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the sesame oil to the wok, sprinkle the sesame seeds on top and mix to combine.
- Transfer to a warm serving dish, garnish with the orange zest.
- Serve immediately.

- 750 grams Chinese leaves (cabbage)
- 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
- Piece fresh root ginger, grated
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 fresh red chili, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
- 8 teaspoons light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons clear honey
- 200 ml orange juice
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 4 teaspoons sesame seeds
- Orange zest, to garnish
