Preparation Method :
- Blend ground pork well with salt, ginger wine, and pepper and let stand for 20 minutes.
- Marinate prawns with extra ginger wine and corn flour for 20 minutes.
- Place filling in the center of each wonton skin. Pinch edges up to make a frilly border.
- Leave a hole in center to let the filling show a little bit and place a prawn on top.
- Place in a steamer and steam for 25 minutes.
- Serve at once.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams very lean ground pork
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons ginger wine
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 30 medium-large shelled prawns
- 3 teaspoons ginger wine
- 4 teaspoons corn flour
- 30 wonton or dumpling skins
