Preparation Method :
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, yogurt, red chilli sauce, red capsicum, green capsicum, sweet corn, onion, salt, lemon juice, fresh coriander and garlic.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions.
- Place each tortilla on the worktop, spread one portion of the mixture evenly over it and roll up tightly. Wrap in foil and place in a refrigerator to chill for half an hour.
- When ready to serve, remove the foil and slice each roll diagonally into two-inch thick slices and serve chilled.

- 6 ten-inch whole wheat tortillas
- 5 tablespoons cream cheese
- 100 grams yogurt
- 2 teaspoon red chilli sauce
- 2 small red capsicum, finely chopped
- 2 small green capsicum, finely chopped
- 100 grams sweet corn kernels, boiled
- 2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
