STIR-FRIED VEGETABLE WRAPS

Preparation Method :
- Soak the rice papers in water for one minute before using.
- Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the spring onions and water chestnuts for about two minutes. Add the ginger, soy sauce, red chilli sauce and rice vinegar.
- Stir-fry for another two minutes ensuring that the vegetables remain crunchy and are not overcooked.
- Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for another minute.
- Divide this mixture into four portions and place a portion on each rice paper. Roll up tightly.
- Serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 rice papers
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 200 grams chopped water chestnuts
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon red chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 200 grams bean sprouts
- 3 tablespoons plum sauce, for dipping
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
