Preparation Method :
- Combine the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper powder to make a vinaigrette dressing. Combine the lettuce, sweet corn and cucumber with the vinaigrette.
- Heat the tortillas on a tawa for about twenty seconds. You can also heat them in a microwave oven.
- Spread the salad evenly on each warm tortilla, drizzle with sour cream and roll up.
- Serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 whole wheat tortillas
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Black pepper powder to taste
- 500 grams roughly torn mixed lettuce
- 200 grams sweet corn kernels, boiled
- 4 medium cucumbers, cubed
- 6 tablespoons sour cream
- Salt to taste
- 6 tablespoons Cooking oil
