CHICKEN PITA POCKETS

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a pan and saute the onions till translucent. Add the chicken and saute for five minutes. Add three-fourth of the crushed peppercorns and salt and mix well.
 - Heat both sides of the pita breads on a tawa or in an oven.
 - Cut each pita bread in half, open out the pocket and apply half a teaspoon of the mustard paste inside.
 - Arrange one lettuce leaf, some tomato slices, some chicken mixture and a few slices of gherkins in the pocket.
 - Add some mayonnaise, sprinkle some of the remaining crushed peppercorns and salt and serve immediately.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams chicken supremes, cut in half
 - 6 pita breads
 - 4 medium onions, sliced
 - 10 black peppercorns, crushed
 - 4 teaspoons mustard paste
 - 6 large lettuce leaves
 - 4 small tomatoes, sliced
 - 5 pickled gherkins, sliced
 - 100 grams Mayonnaise
 - Salt to taste
 - 4 tablespoons sesame oil
